- Associate manager for Montreal's flagship $6M GAP store part-time during university and full-time upon graduation;
- Put together opening team for Can-Ski North 5,000 sq-ft retail location in Whistler and led through design and opening phase;
- Store manager for Whistler Blackcomb's Can-Ski and Showcase store for four years; grew revenue from $1.2 million to over $4M in three years. Managed a team of 60+ full time, part time and volunteer employees;
- Director of retail training for Intrawest $100M retail rental division;
- Operations Manager for Whistler Blackcomb's launch of Mountain Adventure Academy, a high-end yurt and ski experience;
- Developed Intrawest-wide customer service and leadership programs for 14 resort retail divisions;
- Director of Culture and People Development for BC's Boutique Hotels & Resorts brand, part of opening team for six properties. Hired opening management teams for each Boutique Hotel property;
- Co-founder of Impact99, Canada's workplace reinvention summit (Toronto and Vancouver) and sold out six events in three years;
- President of Parent Association Ecole les Aiglons, led team of 32 parents to achieve unprecedented fundraising initiatives;
- Keynote speaker and facilitator at several conferences, leadership retreats and executive networking events.
